Home

The flights home were long and uneventful. Because of the change of plans I flew into Brisbane instead of Coffs...

but my beautiful friend Ronelle and her daughter Kelsey were there to meet me. And as we have done before, Andrew met us for a coffee to welcome me home once again then Ronelle and Kelsey drove me home to Coffs and my beautiful family.

This trip was different from previous years.  For the first time, I didn't teach at VAIE ...they had plenty of teachers on contract and didn't need me. In fact I didn't do nearly as much teaching as in previous years. I did however talk to many people about Isagenix and network marketing, but that was frustrated by the delays and postponements of the official opening. One of the most exciting growth areas for me personally came when praying over Skype for and with my dear friend Susanne. I entered into a new level of visions in the spiritual realm that has been exhilarating. I look forward to seeing how that unfolds in the future. In the meantime, I look forward to the absolute pleasure and delight of spending quality time with my beautiful family....and the joys of renovating Lockie and Katie's home...this will be my room for the next few months! (It's the front third of the garage  haha)

But it's just for a few months, then when the renos are completed I will have a gorgeous suite of rooms!

Homeward bound

One last morning to fill in Hà Nội before heading to the airport. I had told Will all about our find...the Korean BarBQ, so we decided to have lunch there before I had to leave for the airport... of course, he was a impressed as we were when we first discovered this little gem a few weeks ago!

One last walk back to Bat Dan Street picking up a few final souvenir gifts and it was time to go. I just had to take a photo of Will's heap of a bike (complete with wee basket)  haha.

My dear friends offered to come with me to the airport, but it's so far out of their way, and they had to head back to Hải Phòng...a three hour bus ride. So we said our sad goodbyes at the hotel.

This is my mate, Dũng, the manager at Little Hanoi Diamond. For several years now I have been a regular customer and I just have to call and tell him it's Annie from Hải Phòng and he recognises me and gives me great deals and great service.  Lovely man.

Chin, Tiên and Will ... Isagenix Training Day

Talk about exploding out of the blocks...there were 1300 people at the first official training day today!

I met Chin's lovely girlfriend at breakfast, then Will came with us to the Marriott for the day's induction. Tiên met us and we were four..

When the doors opened the pushing and shoving to get in was hysterical... typical in a culture where queuing is unheard of.

They had wireless earphones with translators turning all the Vietnamese into English and visa versa, so that made life very easy for Will and me. We listened to the English translation when locals were speaking, and gave the earphones to Chin and Tiên when the Westerners had the mic.

When we stopped for lunch Will was swamped with people wanting to be photographed with him... total strangers. He obliged graciously

We found a free table in the food hall and there was plenty of food!

Peta Kelly was one of the speakers in the afternoon session.

Hours later, even Kathy wasn't enough to keep Will awake...haha.

At the end of the day, we made our way back to the hotel, and caught up with Pete and a friend of Will's - Long - and found some street food for dinner and a drink

and topped off the evening with karaoke!!
Karaoke with Will and Pete in Hanoi for my last night in Vietnam for 2014... no big surprises there!  LOL
